CHECK IN TIME
Your fee covers 22 hours and arrival time begins from when you are scheduled to arrive. The the check out time is flexible. Extensions may be possible if the room is not booked by others.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made only with a full advance deposit (including tax).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the fact that we are able to accept only one couple at a time into our home and that we will seldom be scheduling more than one or, at the most, two couples a week, a cancellation will mean a great deal more to us than it would to a large hotel. We may be turning people away after we accept you and those people will not be available at the last moment. In fact, we assume that people will book way in advance for the most part and rarely less than a week in advance. Thus, cancellations in the week before a scheduled visit will be unlikely to filled by others. Therefore the terms of our cancellation are somewhat more stringent than you will find generally. They are as follows:

A full refund minus $50 cancellation fee will be given up until 15 days before the scheduled visit.

A fifty percent deduction on the full refund will be given between 14 days and eight days before the scheduled visit.

No refund will be given on cancellations made seven or less days before the scheduled visit.

The payment, except for the $50 cancellation fee, can be applied to a subsequent occasion within the next three months.

SESSION CANCELLATION
Please honor your appointment for sessions. We understand that problems arise for you as they do for us. We are only a phone call away and will be happy to help you reschedule. You will be charged for any sessions that you miss without notifying us 48 hours in advance.

FEES - TANTRA EXPERIENCES/PRIVATE COACHING

Most sessions are three hours and two sessions are considered a full day of instruction. Sessions however can be shorter or longer and three sessions can take place in a day.

The normal fee for our sessions, whether they are with one of us or both of us, is $150 an hour. The fee for the session for the first three hours is $450: Subsequent hours will be charged on the basis of $150 an hour.

A relationship counseling session will be charged on the basis of $130 an hour.

OPTION 5 – THE MOST VALUABLE PACKAGE

If you choose option 5 as the way in which you wish us to approach you as Tantric coaches, you will need to do at least three 3 hour sessions. To trigger you memory, option 5 is where we send you an extensive questionnaire aimed at finding out what what we need to know to work with you most effectively. We will follow up with a telephone phone call to fill get additional information. We then establish a game-plan based on our analysis of your answers, our understanding of the fundamental issues that are challenging your relationship, both emotionally and sexually, and information about where your special interests lie. You then place yourselves in our hands to develop a program that we feel will most benefit you.

ROOM RENTAL

1 day $250

When combined with sessions the room rental fee is reduced.
Room rental fee combined with a four hour session ($600) plus $200 per day
Room rental fee combined with 2 three hour sessions ($900) plus $150 per day
Room rental fee combined with 3 three hour sessions ($1350) plus $125 per day
Room rental fee combined with 4 three hour sessions ($1800) plus $100 per day
Room rental fee combined with 5 three hour sessions ($2250) plus $75 per day
Room rental fee combined with 6 three hour sessions ($2700) plus $50 per day

MASSAGE – must be scheduled in advance

Relaxation/Therapeutic $100 hour

Tantric/Sensual $200 for 1 ¼ hours

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa or MC) or by check. Whether payment is made by cash, check or credit card, credit card information will need to be provided as security. Guests will be asked to sign an agreement that protects us against charge back at the time of registering with us.
